NCT Youth Coding Level Test · Internationally Recognised · Talent Database
The China Software Industry Association (CSIA), a national AAA-grade industry body established in 1984, launched the NCT National Youth Coding Level Test in 2019 to scientifically assess the coding ability and computational thinking of young people aged 6–18, providing authoritative benchmarks for talent development and selection.
The Youth Coding Level standard was led by Tsinghua University in collaboration with multiple authoritative institutions, covering five areas: graphical programming, Python, C++, robotics and AI programming — a system certified under Ministry of Education standards.
Certification results are recognised by UNESCO's AAYC programme and the ISTE's Student Standards, benefiting certificate holders in overseas university applications.
Certificate holders are listed in the "China Software Industry STEM Talent Development Programme" talent pool, verifiable via the CSIA official website.
One candidate per quarter may be selected to compete in Singapore. High-scorers can join the "Top Scholar Club", significantly improving admission prospects at leading universities in Singapore, the US and China.

2024 & 2025
Organised the Mengxi Youth National Achievement Science Outreach Programme in 2024 and 2025, holding 9 national achievement exhibitions annually across nine New Territories districts, bringing national tech achievements into the community.
An open cross-school challenge attracted approximately 1,500 primary and secondary students; 40 outstanding entries were exhibited at major shopping malls across Hong Kong as part of the "National 75th Anniversary Tech Achievement & Youth Innovation Exhibition".
November 2025
In November 2025, invited by the district Home Affairs Office to showcase Unitree robots and robot dogs at an election community booth, successfully engaging large numbers of residents and promoting AI technology in the community.
